Mulai besok mulai “makan bersih”…

Dan itu dimulai dari sayur-sayuran!

Iseng mau beli oatmeal, ternyata di takaran saji, sekali penyajian, seratnya cuma 3 gr (11%), serat larutnya cuma 1 gr!

Mending beli roti tawar gandum… 2 lembar roti, serat larutnya 5 gr (20%)!

*tapi kalo sayur mah tetep – at Carrefour
